WHY “I HOPE DPDR IS GOING TO GET BETTER” AND “LET’S CROSS THE FINGERS” STRATEGIES INEVITABLY LEAD TO FAILURE

What is hope? Objectively, hope is a projection in the future of one’s current feelings of powerlessness

“I feel powerless now, so let me project myself into an ideal future where this problem does not exist so i can temporarily escape my current reality”

If you really zoom in into what hope truly is, you’ll find feelings of powerlessness that you have that you then project into the future in the form of “let’s hope it will get better”

Hope is a human invention with the purpose of escaping and avoiding one’s current reality and one’s powerlessness

So translated from laymans into technical terms, “I hope dpdr gets better” means “I’d rather project myself into an ideal unknown future where I can take refuge into instead of facing the feelings of powerlessness I feel now”

Now im going to say something that you already now deep down: ”it” will NOT get better because YOU have to make it better!

Hope is a great strategy for avoiding one’s powerlessness and temporarily coping with it, but honestly it doesnt solve anything (and you know that)

There needs to be some form of proactive ACTION and some form of DISCOMFORT. Change does not happen by hoping that change will happen 😅

For you to change, YOU need to change! So if you’re ready to make this change and overcome dpdr and enjoy your life and feel real connection with yourself, the world and the people that you love,

then book a free Discovery Call with me here and let’s see how we can make it reality — not just a dream or hoping it will happen 😃
