Some people focus a lot on the causes of dpdr.
Although understanding the causes is definitely interesting and at times useful, it’s much MORE useful to understand how to improve your life now and how to move forward instead of obsessing over what might be the cause and re-iterating on the past and creating theories out of guesses.
When you look at it for what it is, “understanding the causes” for the most part is more an intellectual whim. 😄 That being said in this video I’m going to share with you 3 depersonalization underlying causes and a mechanism that causes depersonalization to develop that you’ve not considered before and that is not commonly discussed.
