Positive affirmations for anxiety is useless logical fluff. THIS is what you need to do [RARE] 😮
Today let’s focus on affirmations, positive self-talk, self-hypnosis – three self-help methods that you’ve been using or are currently using with the hope they will help you solve anxiety, fears, worries, doubt, dissociation.

The thing is this. You will NOT solve a subconscious problem by thinking your way around it, rationalizing away, repeating some positive mantra or affirmation, etc. It just won’t happen. You don’t believe me? Then believe your experience.

Conscious rational stuff does not and will not change emotions. You need an expert to guide you in this journey, and to work on an emotional level. If you think you can do some logical trick and to solve this completely on your own and to keep doing what you’re doing, wish you the best of luck!
