❌ I cant relax and get rid of this anxiety because im anxious person

❌ I cant feel emotions because im numb and i’ve always been this way

❌ I cant go to a therapist to remove this fear of people because the therapist is a person and i have fear of people, thats why i cant go to a therapist

❌ First i need to feel calm and then i can stop overthinking

❌ Im scared to explore how my mind works and see whats the real problem because im scared of how my mind works, thats why i cant do it

❌ Whenever im letting go of control, I need to control how im letting go of control, only then can i release control

People believe that FIRST they need to get rid of the problem and THEN they feel calm, present, grounded, confident

Let me tell you: It doesnt work that way 😮

Remember this golden rule of personal change: THE PROBLEM ALWAYS GETS IN THE WAY OF SOLVING ITSELF

If you have fear of people and you want to get rid of it, the therapist himself is going to be the ‘problem’

If you have fear of the mind and you want to get rid of it, your mind is going to be the ‘problem’

Whatever angle and direction you take it from, the problem you’re having will automatically and always get in the way of its own resolution

This is why people get stuck: They idealize and romanticize how they want to be but dont realize how much they need to let go of control/excuses/identifications FIRST

Thats the first step to being free before any therapy, solution, method, technique
