How many times my students tell me something like “you’re right, I’m using dpdr as an excuse and the reason why I underperform in my life”
or “Wow I didn’t realize it, but it’s true I’m using dpdr as a scapegoat and blaming it for my unsuccesses in life!”
I’m not saying that this is not something real; what i’m saying here is that BEFORE you apply any solution, you need to release the secret attachments and almost sense of affection to dpdr! (no one talks about this).
