Dpdr Therapist Shares How To Overcome Dpdr By Stopping “Waiting For Motivation” & Taking Action NOW

“Next month when I’ll be more motivated, only then I will commit to improving”.
You can’t imagine how many times I’ve heard this “waiting for motivation” and “hoping it will get better”.

Let’s get it straight: You will never feel motivated UNTIL you take action first and you motivate yourself along the way. Motivation is not a pre-requisite, it’s something you create along the way WHILE you take action — not before. 😏

In this video I might be harsher than usual, but people need to wake up to these facts otherwise they’ll keep remaining in that limbo zone of “waiting” and “hoping” and procrastination where of course nothing changes and things get only worse.

Don’t wait for motivation to give you permission to improve. To your success!
