Well let’s start from two foundations that you need to set before you start any form of healing.

The thing is this: You can’t heal the things you don’t take responsibility of and you can’t heal if you keep running away from problems, responsibilities and emotions.

People think they can get away with saying “I want to heal” and at the same “but it’s not my fault I was just the victim”. Nope, it doesn’t work that way.

You need to take responsibility 100 percent whether you don’t know why you have dissociation or not. It must an unconditional all-encompassing responsibility, not a conditional partial responsibility. 😌
